Mr. Rosenberg’s practice is primarily in the area of civil litigation, before all levels of Court, in mediations and in arbitrations.
Since 2008, Mr. Rosenberg has been associated with the law firm of Battiston & Associates. Prior to that association, he practiced law with Maxwell M. Steidman, QC, with whom he still associates.
Mr. Rosenberg is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada and the Toronto Lawyers Association.
