Diana Simonetti

Diana Simonetti received her Bachelor of Arts with Honours in Political Science at McMaster University where she received a Golden Key for high academic performance. She went on to receive her Bachelor of Laws from the University of Leeds. Diana was awarded the National Committee Accreditation Certificate issued by the Federation of Law Societies of Canada. She graduated from a Master’s course program in Administrative Law at Osgoode Professional Development.
While studying at the University of Leeds, she volunteered as a Student Ambassador teaching children about the Canadian legal culture. She was also a Keynote Speaker discussing the most recent Domestic Violence legislation and local housing initiatives in Leeds in 2019.
Following graduation, she worked as a summer student in a personal injury firm in Toronto. Diana joined Battiston & Associates as a summer student in 2020 and has transitioned from an articling student to a junior associate.
Diana practices in the areas of Civil litigation, Wills and Estates, Small Claims, and Administrative Tribunals.
