Alexandra M. Battiston

Alexandra’s practice is primarily in the area of civil litigation.

Alexandra has litigated successfully before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and the Divisional Court, attending on motions, applications, and trials. Alexandra has also appeared before the Ontario Court of Justice on various regulatory matters, and before several administrative tribunals.

Before joining Battiston & Associates as an associate, Alexandra worked and articled with a criminal defence firm in Toronto.
While pursuing her law degree, Alexandra volunteered with Osgoode Hall’s Pro Bono Students Canada and worked with the Friends of Simon Wiesenthal Center for Holocaust Studies.
